CANADA
All orders are shipped with UPS, Purolator or Canada post depending on which region you are in. All our packages are insured for the full value of your order and require a signature on the receiving end. If you want your package dropped off, or require expedited shipping, please send us an email. Orders within the Greater Toronto Area may be hand delivered.
USA
All shipments that leave Canada are shipped with UPS Ground and insurance on the full value of your order. All shipments include a commercial invoice indicating the value of goods for insurance and customs purposes.
Please note that import duties and taxes are calculated once a shipment reaches its destination country and the customer will be responsible for paying all additional charges for customs clearance. Customers should contact your local customs office for further information ahead of time, or should any additional charges arise.
